Round Ball Moulds
Moulds have aluminum blocks which need no break-in, won't warp, crack or solder. Can be pre-heated by dipping a corner in melted lead. Bullets don't stick to aluminum blocks. Hardwood handles, steel clamps and sprue cutters. Made by a new process called bobbing, cavities are final-formed with a carbide ball in a 30-ton press. Tangential cutoff eliminates the nib at the sprue.
