Return Policy

We want to be sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have an issue or problem with your order, we have these policies in place to be sure you are completely satisfied. We will do all we can to resolve the issue in a very timely manner.


Must be notified within 10 days of receipt of product which includes any defective merchandise.

Some items will be required to be sent directly to the manufacturer. We will notify you if that is the case.

An RA number must accompany all returns. We will not accept any product returns without an RA number attached to the package or any return sent via COD. Please use the form below to request an RA number. If you do not receive the number within 24 hours, please contact our customer service number. Customer service will not issue RA numbers over the phone, bit will be able to check the status of the request.

If the return was because of a mistake we made we will incur all shipping costs.

All merchandise must be in the original packaging with all manuals, parts, and other documents. We reserve the right to refuse the return of product of parts, manuals or other documents are missing or product not in the original packaging as well as charge a 15% restocking fee per item.

There may be some items that are not returnable based on policy from the manufacturer.

Ammunition, powders and primers may NOT be returned because of safety issues.

Discounts and Promotions

All returned products will be refunded at the discounted rate. Includes any items purchased at the clearance or discounted price.


If you are returning to exchange a product, we will charge a $10 restocking fee and will ship you the new items upon receipt of the old product. Standard shipping charges will apply. Items must be in resalable condition.

Shipment Issues

Please examine your shipment for damage prior to accepting from the shipper. We are not responsible for any damage caused by the shipping company. If you have a damaged product please report it within 5 business days and try include pictures of the damage.
