The Vortex Solids feature a completely redesigned body for greater strength and straightness. The body, including the tip, is machined from a solid piece of very strong and durable 7075 aircraft aluminum, which allows the Solid series of expandable broadheads to be straighter and more true flying. Strong 32/1000 stainless spring steel blades feature a minimum legal cutting width of 7/8 in the closed position. The Vortex Solids 100 grains has a cutting width of 2-1/2 and the Vortex Solids 125 grains has a cutting width of 2-3/4.
